1. Acceptance & Acceptable Use
By accessing https://dennisad.com.ng or engaging DENNIS AD LABS for services, you agree to these Terms. You agree to use this website lawfully, not to misuse content, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful or infringing material via our forms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content — text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by DENNIS AD LABS unless otherwise stated. For client work covering web development, graphic design, and software deliverables: concepts and drafts remain our property until full payment; upon full payment, agreed final deliverables are licensed or assigned to the client as set out in the service agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities & Service Agreements
- Provide accurate briefs, content, and timely feedback.
- Specific scope, timelines, revisions, and fees are set in each proposal or service agreement, which together with these Terms governs the project.
- Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law or expressly agreed.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, failing which the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria shall have jurisdiction.
